Mad Monkey Improv offer a range of workshops catering to all levels of ability and experience. Our courses are perfect for schools and colleges studying improvisation for Key Stage 2 and 3. So whether you have experienced improvisers who are looking to enhance their skills or complete beginners looking for an introduction into the craft, we have a workshop for you. Workshops can be tailored to suit the needs of you and your group, school, or college.

Example Workshops Offered

Introduction to improvisation - a 1 hour workshop where we introduce you to what improvisation is and go through some basic techniques.

Improv Intensive - A 3 hour workshop looking at improvisation techniques in more detail, including storytelling, making offers, and accepting vs blocking.

A-Z of Improv - A 5 day long workshop where we look at all the aspects of improvisation technique including storytelling, endowment, offers, pimping, dimping, characters & physicality. At the end of the week a show can be performed to a select audience showing what the students have learnt during the week.
